These general sales conditions (following, "General Conditions") are applied to all the sales of products (following, "Produced”), purchased through the web site ENOGASTRONOMIEDIPUGLIA.COM (following "Web site").
The use of the service of distance sale described under the present General Conditions is exclusively reserved to the consumers (following, "Clients" or "Client").

3. Order of the Products
The characteristics and the prices of the Products are brought in the offer related to every Product. The shipping and handling costs are to load of the client and you can see them in the link "Shipments."
For purchasing Products, the Client must follow the instructions in the Web Site. 4. Formality of payment

5. Transport and delivery

For the delivery of the products is necessary the Client or a person in charge of him/her will be there, to the address, given in the order time. During the delivery of the products from the Courier, the Client is kept to check the box quantity, to verify if it is the same suitable in the transport document and if the package is intact or not altered. Possible damages to the package or to the Products or the missed correspondence of the number of the necks must immediately be contests through reserve of control writing on the test of delivery of the courier.

6. Claim of recess
To the senses of the art. 5 DL 185/1999 of Italian Law, the client has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase for any motive, without necessity to furnish explanations and without any penalty. To practice such right, the client must send to ENOGASTRONOMIEDIPUGLIA.COM a communication within 10 working days from the date of reception of the product. However, the right of recess is submitted to conditions below:
1. The right is applied to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to practice recess only on part of the purchased product.
2. Italian law orders that the shipping and handling related to the restitution of the good are to load of the client.

7. Defects of conformity

8. Applicable law and competent legal forum
