Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Tenuta Rasciatano offers intense fragrance and fresh olive taste. Flavours make this oil an extremely tasty dressing as well as a healty solution.
Production: 100% Coratina olive, max acidity 0,25%.
Color: Yellow with gold reflections.
Perfume: Fruity, rich of sweet tones of white fruit and vegetables scent of green herbs.
Taste: Elegant and composed, characterized by herbs and dried fruits fresh tones; lightly bitter and piquant.
Harvesting method: Mechanical shaking and beating down.
Oil mill system: Mixed, with traditional giant grinstone and stainless steel centrifugal extractor. Cold and unique pressing. Pressing in 24 hours from harvesting.
Best coupling : Salt-water fish, sapid soup and grilled beef.
