INGREDIENTS:
- 4 middle courgettes,
- 1 cloves of garlic,
- Extra-virgin olive oil;
- salt and pepper.
PREPARATION:
Fry the crushed garlic with the oil in a wide saucepan. Add the courgettes, cut to thin washers. Make to get taste it as well, salty and peppery; bring to cooking covering the saucepan. Mix often and add some water warm if necessary for about minutes, a few less if the courgettes are smaller. Serve the “poor courgettes” warm or lukewarm, foreseeing a great quantity of fresh bread. Which is accompanied very well.
VARYING:
It is possible to add the bread crumb or the beaten eggs, to make the dish more substantial.
